My mom ordered what was probably the tastiest (and largest) entree, the chili and chocolate glazed salmon. I was in the mood for something savory after eating that cinnamon roll, so I ordered the braised pot roast and egg sandwich. I was proud of him for trying quinoa, although he was disappointed with the small portion size. They were served with a tomato basil sauce, similar to a marinara. Homemade Hummus with Naan and Fresh Veggiesįor our brunch entrees, my dad ordered the quinoa cakes with poached eggs. While the portion wasn't huge, it was enough for each of us to have a couple bites. I loved the freshness of the hummus you could definitely tell it was homemade.
